Water bills are due by the 15th
A $30 late fee is added after the due date. The cutoff date for non-payment is the 20th of each month, and accounts on the shutoff list are charged a $30 disconnect fee.

The Water Department accepts personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, cash, ACH bank drafts, bill-pay checks sent directly by a customer’s bank, and credit-card payments made through the City’s official payment portal.
Do not use DOXO.com. It is not authorized to accept payments for the City. Payments sent through unaffiliated services may arrive late and will be returned.
